Beautiful products, great service and delivery!

I was so excited to receive my Yuzu Citrus candle Sue. The smell is devine and the candle’s design is really elegant. A beautiful product coupled with great service and speedy delivery. Keep up the good work. Deb, Sydney

My friends look forward to receiving & knowing it makes a difference.

I like my gifts (for any occasion) to be ones that keep on giving. Candles for Community is my “go to” shop for gifts – for so many reasons.
The candles are hand-made with tender loving care, using quality soy wax, is environmentally friendly, burn far longer than store bought products, there is a selection of fragrances, the candles are attractive, well presented with attractive packaging, and most importantly, the profits go to a great cause. They tick all my “criteria for a gift” boxes, including being something one can actually use (practical and sensible). Win-win all round! My friends look forward to receiving a different shape and purpose candle, and Christmas or birthdays don’t come around fast enough for them.

Make Candles for Community your “go to” shop for gifts; knowing that you’re making a difference to the children in Cambodia (and the chance to be “the favourite” amongst your family and friends). Michelle – Sydney

Ticks all the boxes for men choosing and buying

The motivation to buy the candles was a combination of supporting a good cause, supporting you and having a good product to buy. Also, actually, the fact that my daughter likes candles and her birthday was approaching.

My daughter Harriet liked the candles, they were beautifully packaged and they seem very well made to me. I particularly liked the mosaic candle. Like most men, I was gratified to have bought a present for a woman that seemed to be genuinely well received. It can be a minefield.

Harriet has been extremely busy so I haven’t spoken to her about it but she browsed the leaflet when she opened the presents and seemed impressed with the soy candle idea as well as supporting Sunrise. – Richard, Sydney

Chemical free and a pleasure to burn

Sue’s beautiful, hand-crafted soy candles not only smell divine and burn cleanly – for those of us desiring a chemical free home – they keep on giving as well. Knowing that these lovely gifts help to support orphans and community causes makes giving them, receiving them and burning them all the more pleasurable. Lee, Sydney

Smells great and better than many others. Fundraising element seals the deal.

I buy and use a lot of soy candles, but I prefer yours because your candles smell great. Spiced orange is my favourite and they make the whole house smell amazing – unlike some of the others! Everyone loves receiving candles and especially they are great to light at Christmas time, so it’s the perfect gift. People are always really genuinely pleased to receive them and the looks on their faces after smelling them says it all!

The charity aspect makes a big difference, there are a lot of competitor soy candles on the market so besides the fact that these are better, the fundraising element seals the deal for me! -Alina, Sydney
